Claire Koralewski Appointed Managing Director of Médiaperformances

Paris, 16 April 2024 – Médiaperformances announces that Claire Koralewski has been appointed as Managing Director.
She joined Médiaperformances in June 2021 as Deputy Managing Director in charge of digital acceleration.

She will manage the entire company and its subsidiary Fidme to pursue and amplify the digital acceleration strategy already underway since her arrival.
Claire Koralewski will also be in charge of taking Médiaperformances into new areas, such as the specialised retail market, and supporting partners on the international stage.

This appointment stems from the desire of Rémy Gerin, founder and main shareholder of Médiaperformances, to separate the two positions of chairman and managing director that he previously held.

With over 20 years’ experience in the retail world, Claire Koralewski began her career at Décathlon, then held key positions in several marketing agencies, including CEO of Fullsix Retail.
In 2016, she took over as Executive Director of Marketing, Digital & Data and board member at Auchan Retail.
She then joined Microsoft as Global Business Manager to develop opportunities for retail companies.
Claire joined Médiaperformances in 2021, where she became Deputy General Manager, to steer the digital acceleration of the company and its subsidiaries.
