We believe in positive influence. In mindful consumption. That more content and transparency create even greater meaning. Our purpose: “To encourage, notably through our media, more responsible consumption that is accessible to everyone.” In July 2021, we became the first advertising agency in France to obtain B Corp certification, and we were recertified in 2025 with a score of 105.7 points—the first agency in France to reach this level!
At Médiaperformances, diversity and inclusion are not just words: they are concrete commitments, carried out daily through our actions, practices, and teams. We are a signatory of the Diversity Charter, which frames our commitment to diversity and inclusion, notably through awareness and training initiatives.
Finally, we received the Great Place To Work for Women certification in 2025. Among the 600 companies that underwent the Great Place To Work certification, we are one of only 25 companies with fewer than 250 employees to achieve it
Our approach is built around three concrete pillars:
1. Promoting gender balance in leadership: 50% of women on the Executive Committee.
2. Supporting parenthood: launch of the Pregnancy Journey in 2023 and implementation of special leave in cases of miscarriage or fertility treatments.
3. Training on Diversity & Inclusion: 100% of managers, elected representatives, CSR teams, and HR trained.
