The 1% for Care programme reflects our desire to step up our commitment to society.
Our initiatives come together in this unique programme, which sees 1% of our turnover going to projects and association initiatives in France, at both regional and local levels.

Our (super) partner associations

We work on the field on concrete initiatives, building sustainable relationships with our partners.

Banques Alimentaires

Since 2008, our teams have played an active part in every annual national fund-raising campaign.
Staff members take turns to cover the opening hours of the supermarket where food is being collected.
We also offer Banques Alimentaires a media plan for their national collection drive, including a campaign on our DOOH screens and a digital campaign targeted at participating stores.

Programme Malin

Programme Malin offers advice on baby and family nutrition and gives a financial helping hand.
Since 2022, Médiaperformances has supported this association with financial donations and business expertise.

In 2023, a joint product-sharing operation was launched with Blédina and Auchan.
We have made our media available free of charge to support this operation and boost the programme’s visibility.

ANDES

ANDES is France’s leading national network of socially responsible supermarkets.
Our financial commitment began in 2021 to support the opening of new locations.
In 2023, we fell in love with their “Mon panier primeur et solidaire” programme, which fights food insecurity, fosters social bonds and promotes the reintegration of isolated populations.
We decided to support this initiative with financial donations as well as charity days and months for our employees.

A Call for Commitment

2024 marks a turning point in the 1% for Care programme with the launch of the very first Médiaperformances Call for Projects.
We’re launching a nationwide call for projects to find and support projects that are in line with our mission statement. Candidates will help combat food insecurity, build deeper roots in local areas and strive for more responsible consumption.
We do more than just provide financial support – we want to offer associations our business know-how and human assistance.
In 2024, we reviewed 72 applications and selected eight projects.

Mois solidaire

Employee Charity

Since 2022, our entire team has been granted a day to engage in charity work, allowing them to take part in a cause that is dear to them and in line with our mission statement.

Charity days

Each Médiaperformances staff member is granted one day a year to work with an association in line with our mission statement.
This day can be taken in one day or in two half-days, and is always on a voluntary basis.

Month of Solidarity

Since 2023, staff members with more than five years’ seniority have been able to receive a skills sponsorship secondment equivalent to an additional 21 days’ paid leave, i.e. one month, to work with the association of their choice and in line with our mission statement.

Good Act

Our Good Act Programme

With the Good Act programme, staff members can present, to the whole company, charities and associations that are important to them and that work toward responsible consumption.
